Combatting Antisemitism, Hate and Extremism (Firearms and Customs Laws) Bill 2026

In accordance with the resolution agreed to on 19 January 2026—

Mr Burke (Minister for Home Affairs) presented a Bill for an Act to amend legislation relating to customs and background checking, and to create a scheme to buy back firearms, and for related purposes.
